Overview
GrowthLens AI ('we') provides an AI social media management tool. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We only use information you provide or that is visible in content you upload.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), your business profile (niche, goals, audience, social URLs), content and screenshots you upload for analysis, generated content, saved post performance you enter, and subscription status from our payment processor.
How we use it
To power your business memory and generate evidence-based recommendations, to operate your account and subscription, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Uploaded images/video frames and text you provide are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your private content to train third-party models.
Data isolation
Your reports and business memory are private to your account and are not shared with other users.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never store card numbers or CVV. We store only your subscription status and identifiers needed to manage billing.
Your choices
You can edit your business memory, delete individual reports, or delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.
