Billing & Refund Policy

Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Lemon Squeezy. Your plan renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked on your Billing page. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied, contact support@growthlens.ai within 7 days of a charge and we will review your request. Refunds are granted at our discretion, typically where the service was not usable.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period. Repeated failures may downgrade you to the Free plan.
Changes
We may update pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until renewal.
